//Design: Creating a penny stock algorithm that looks for every bar's range and if the range is smaller than the range before it and smaller than the average true range of 7 bars then we will look back for the last large swing low we will find the highest point between the last large swing low and the last swing high. The retracement into this zone should be at least 50%. Then we will look for a break to the top side .
